Her lecture is based on Dr Azaria’s latest research at the KFG-The International Rule of Law entitled ‘Codification by Interpretation: The International Law Commission as an Interpreter of International Law’.

LALIVE Lecture by KFG fellow Campbell McLachlan

On 02 May 2019, KFG senior fellow Campbell McLachlan will deliver the LALIVE Lecture at the Graduate Institute in Geneva. Based on his KFG Working Paper No. 28, the lecture is entitled “The Assault on International Adjudication and the Limits of Withdrawal”.
